For Commissions, Made-To-Order, Art, and Sale Items

I accept returns and exchanges on some items, but not all. Stays and corsets, for example, are not accepted due to the intimate nature of the garment. Customs and made-to-orders are not accepted for returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated.

For returns and exchanges that are accepted: Contact me within 7 days of delivery 
and items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations except in rare circumstances or if materials for your design have not been purchased yet. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ Policy on returns

All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it within seven days, I will amend and make good the item at no extra cost to you. Please make sure that the item is returned along with written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return. Please contact me before any return is shipped.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ Problems with delivery

If the delivery time of your order has exceeded the deadlines indicated by me, and the tracking information is not updated - write to me and I will search for your parcel.
When the postal service searches your parcel and finds it, the parcel will be sent on to you. If the postal service declares the parcel lost, I will replace your order or make a refund for it of your choice.

˖ ݁𖥔 ݁˖ Custom and personalized Items

Custom items are made to measure, therefore exempt from distance selling regulations regarding cancellation. You can cancel an order for a custom item only within 48 hours from the time when order was placed. After this time, I will not accept cancellations, as your item will have gone into production. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and items are not available on approval. I am not responsible for corsets and costumes made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

Print Items and Merch

We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at kipani-shop@support.fourthwall.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations On Prints & Merch

All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. 

Damaged/Quality Issues on Print & Merch

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it. 

Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time via your Billing page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after your current membership subscription period ends. There is no refund or cancellation for the current membership subscription period. 

Refunds Policies

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can always cancel your membership at any time, and this cancellation will take effect at the end of your membership subscription period. There is no refund for the current membership subscription period that is ongoing. 

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at kipani-shop@support.fourthwall.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you. 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
