Hello, Witchlings and Chaos Grimlins! 

One of the perks I've wanted to do for a long while is host members-only events. I love doing live streams on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch, but frankly, I get burned out sometimes with the large audiences and often, the number of less-than-respectful comments.

Those who know my broad spectrum of work in the fields of sexology as a researcher and sexual health writer, to my spicier fiction, and into the world of fantasy design and wearable art, often ask a multitude of questions with a massive range of topics. Sometimes my livestreams turn into more of a therapeutic office hour, where I put on the hat of a professor, teaching sexual health and psychology, and other times I'm showing a breakdown of a recent gown design. 

While I certainly appreciate in-depth dives like this, filtering through so many comments and questions on a massive scale can sometimes feel exhausting. I can only say, "Go check out my 50+ hours of podcast recordings, interviews, and articles to learn more," so many times. Lol.

And honestly, I want to give my community a safe and respectful place to come and chat with me, too, without the chaos of keyboard trolls.

I'm hoping this will grow into something fun and creative, or at the very least chill and maybe even entertaining! I'll likely be working on a project while we hang, and there will be no expectations other than to be respectful :) 

I'll share the latest dark and delicious book I'm reading or chat about the one I just finished, latest events, projects, writing endeavors, and answer questions from members! We can share laughs, tips, chat about DND or video games... It's an open space to talk about almost anything!

Over the coming weeks, I'll be posting a poll with potential dates for the next gathering. Those at the Scribe Quadrent, Rider Quadrent, and Rebellion Patron Tiers will have access to vote on their preferred time, and I'll create the event in Discord! Those who subscribe at any of these tiers will have automatic access to connect to the official That Lit Witch Discord Server (lovingly called Veils of Midnight) and will be granted proper VIP access to the members-only Velaris channel.
